1. What is my username and password on the new site?
Your username and password on the new site is the same as your Condor Gold account. If you have forgotten your password, you may retrieve your password here.

2. My user name and password is not working on the new site.  How do I retrieve this information?

4. I'm getting an error denying me access to a download on the new site.  What's going on?
Certain downloads will require verification of your status as a customer. To request access, please contact our sales team at 805-965-8000 x3 or send a brief note to avionics-sales@gefanuc.com.
